They became our pastors in 2021 after living in Saskatchewan for years, Pastor Doug served there for 28 years and Naomi joined him in 2015.
Pastor Doug has returned back to BC where he was born and raised. Along with his many years of experience in ministry, he also served in the district office as Assistant Superintendent for 12 years in Saskatchewan. We know you will love his preaching!
Pastor Naomi has served in many areas of church ministry, over 20 years in youth ministry and music ministry and served in their last church as Associate Pastor. She has recently completed her Master's of Arts in Ministry Leadership and also serves as our Associate Pastor. She is a spirit-filled worship leader and always is striving to seek God for direction in the areas of Worship Ministry.
Their two daughters are still at home, serving in various areas of the church, and their two sons are currently attending Summit Pacific College & Seminary both attaining degrees in theology. Their kids all love Jesus, love people and mostly love God.
Don't let her age fool you! Emerald is currently taking her Christian Children's Ministry Certification as well as being an honor roll student in grade 11! She loves babies, kids and youth and is passionate about witnessing and leading them to follow Christ. She spends a lot of time in prayer and preparing for junior youth evenings and events, along with her co-lead, Anna-Jean and a few other helpers.
